Some of the wonderful folks and interesting places in the area surrounding Townville Computer Repairs.
In the building across the street from the new shop location is Ms. Eva's "Treasures" shop, where she has hundreds of rare and collectible plates, dishes, glasses, toys and just about anything you might think of. But the biggest treasure there is Ms. Eva herself. She just celebrated her 91st birthday in June, and it is just a real treat to visit with her and chat about the many , many interesting experiences life has brought her. Ms. Eva also takes in sewing, mending and alterations requests. Eva's Treasures is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
If you drive through Townville regularly, you are likely to get a smile and a wave from Mr. Max, as he takes his daily exercise walks.

Mr. Max and his brother Fred used to run the Townville (Cotton) Gin Company, located just across the street from the new Townville Computer Repairs building, right next to Eva's Treasures.

The buildings are owned by Bobby and Betty Cox. Left to right are the former Townville Computer Repairs location in The Old Tater House (built between the late 1890's and the early 1900's), an old store building (I am told it was once McAdams Grocery), Townville Gin Co. (built in 1884 ) and the store building housing Eva's Treasures (built in 1905).

The 2011 Townville Christmas Parade is in the planning phase - date to be announced later this year. For more details and information be sure to visit TownvillleChristmas.com
